About Option 1 Female Fight Club - Classes start 19th February 2018
The perfect blend of boxing, HIIT, core work and strength. Beginners are very welcome, you do not need any boxing experience. All classes are held outdoors. You will learn basic boxing moves, hit the pads and work every muscle you have. Classes are for 1 hour.
You can choose from any of the below 6 classes per week - San Pedro Evenings, Puerto Banus Mornings
09.30 - Monday/Wednesday - Beachside near Puerto Banus
10.00 - Saturdays - Beachside near Puerto Banus
12.00 - Wednesday - Beachside San Pedro
18.30 - Tuesday/Thursday - Beachside San Pedro
Bring water.
Classes will have a maximum of 8 people per class.
Gloves and wraps are provided. Actual locations and all information is confirmed when you book your class.
About Option 2 - Personal Training Sessions - can book immediately
Private sessions can be held at Real Club Padel Gym next to Sisu Hotel in Nueva Andalucia, at your own home or any outdoor area like the beach or gardens.
You will learn real boxing techniques, with 1-1 pad work, combined with functional fitness exercises that target your entire body. Training sessions are for 1 hour.

Iain Grey is your BXR Fit trainer. He is a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist from England. His clientele has included athletes, actors, musicians, corporate employees and pre/post natal clients. He has also trained trainers - teaching boxing & fitness to new and upcoming exercise professionals.
