Yes we are delighted today to give you the chance at dining at Marbella´s newest quality fine dining restaurant which will no doubt become a favourite of the dining out community here in Marbella. A two course lunch or dinner of exceptional quality prepared by Head Chef David Canas whose significant experience is listed below.

Normally 45 Euros per person and now only 22 Euros per person for two courses of delicious and inspiring food. And no supplements, even for the Chateaubriand !!

Welcome Tapas on arrival followed by a starter each of salads, traditional Spanish starters, Pasta and Wok dishes.

If you prefer two people can even share anything off their Tartare and Tataki menus as a starter or choose anything of these menus as a main course.

The main courses of fish, meat and poultry are a combination of the best in Spanish cuisine and Mediterranean fusion. YOU MUST LOOK AT THE MENU BELOW, WE KNOW YOU WILL BE IMPRESSED.

This is a must buy deal for food connoisseurs and is not only highly recommended by the team at Cooldeals but also by Trip Advisor. The reviews on there are all  "excellent” or "very good" but this is not reflected in the ranking since the restaurant is new and there are obviously a limited number of reviews so far.

And the deal is available 6 days a week for lunch and dinner until the  end of December this year, perfect for treating friends for dinner and Christmas celebrations.

The restaurant is owned and managed by Jose and Ana and the Head Chef, David Canas who is Cordon Bleu trained and has been chef at the Don Carlos Hotel, Villa Padeirna and also private chef to the Qatar Royal family, so your chance to eat like a King or a Sheikh at least.

Richard will no doubt have the Galician Veal Carpaccio to start followed by the Rump Steak Robespierre, with sliced parmesan, truffle oil, seasoned potatoes, sauteed vegetables.

We know Doris will want him to share the Tuna Tataki coated in Shichimi togarashi followed by the Grilled Turbot with pistachio meuniere butter, sauteed spinach, Shitake mushrooms.and Italian tomoatos.

STARTERS

Iberian pure acorn ham, hand sliced, toasted focaccia bread, organic tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil.

Iberian tenderloin.

Selection of national and international cheeses, fruit chutney and nuts.

Tequila or whisky pil pil prawns pil pil cooked with tequila or whisky, extra virgin olive oil, garlic chili.

Russian salad with tuna belly and prawns.

Mere and prawn ceviche, rice rolls with avocado and tiger milk.

Sriracha carpaccio, Galician veal carpaccio, touch of Sriracha sauce, avocado, mango cubés, fresh chives crispy y onions, rocked and chervil.

SALADS AS A STARTER

Caesar salad, baby lettuce hearts, cajun, grilled chicken, cherry tomato, crispy bacon, parmesan and our special Caesar sauce.

Castilian tomatoes salad, with tuna belly dressing with extra olive oil.

Prawns and avocado salad over pineapple carpaccio, mix salad, cherry tomatoes, avocado and prawns dressing with gravalax sauce.

Goat cheese salad, fresh spinach, hazelnuts, caramelized walnuts, Italian tomatoes, mix leaves, pear, beetroot inside of a crispy basket of brick pasta with red fruit, foie, quince and goat cheese.

Grilled red tuna, maxi roll filled with stir-fried vegetables ponzu sauce, almond and garlic mayonnaise.

WOK  AND PASTA DISHES AS A STARTER OR MAIN COURSE

Chicken and soy noodle stir fry sauteed vegetables with soy noodles oyster sauce, teriyaki marinated chicken, hoi sin sauce and sesame oil.

Linguini frutti di mare, clams, squid and prawns, rocket and parmesan.

TARTARE AND TATAKI DISHES, EITHER AS A STARTER TO SHARE OR A MAIN COURSE

Steak tartare of beef sirloin red, toast and homemade chips.

Salmon tartare, marinated with ponzu, ginger, sésamo, toast seed, Sriracha mayonesa

Tuna Tatar, wasabi dressing, Shichimi togarashi, chives gari and coriander.

Tuna tataki coated in Shichimi togarashi , with green salad, granada , toasted coconut , fresh chives , peanuts with ponzu sauce .

FISH MAIN COURSES

Sea Bass Tajine, salted vegetables with coriander limón and plum compote.

Grilled turbot, pistachio meuniere butter, sauteed spinach, shitake mushrooms and Italian tomoatoes

Grilled Sole Meuniere, creamy potatoes and vegetables.

MEAT AND POULTRY MAIN COURSES

Duck Magret with orange and Mandarin sauce, roast potatoes, apple and ginger compote.

Monarca sirloin, 200gr sealed with mushroom butter, foie gras, prawns, Oporto and truffle sauce.

Lamb leg confit at low temperature, basket of parmesan and crispy sesame filling vegetable cous cous, citrus rose water, plum compote and coriander oil.

Confit of piglet ingot, lobster tabbouleh, yogurt soup with mint, tahini and onion, caramelized almonds.

Rump Steak Robespierre, with sliced parmesan, truffle oil, seasoned potatoes, sauteed vegetables.

Chateaubriand (Min. 2 persons) with cajun potatoes, sauteed vegetables.

And you also get included a selection of home made breads.
