This workshop is for you if you want to try your hand at painting, or do something you haven’t done or tried before.
You will learn a variety of acrylic painting techniques that transform plain white paper into gorgeous colourful collage material.
Make patterns, textures, expressive marks, and painterly surfaces to create simple, but dynamic collages.
Engage your creative spirit, as we will explore abstract composition, make a huge mess, and have a whole lot of fun in the process.
This six-hour workshop includes a break for lunch. Please bring a bag lunch.
Drinks will be provided on the day.
The workshops are on the 17th and 31st of March. Extra dates can be arranged due to demand.

Joy Fahey, a well known artist and art teacher on the coast. In fact over the summer she has been teaching a Princess of the Saudi Royal family to paint!
She is now based at the Mijas Centre and is offering this very special workshop. She’s also known for taking part in the BBC’s Living in the Sun program, who filmed one of her workshops. Her talent is to inspire all her students to discover their hidden talent of drawing and painting
You’ll feel relaxed and happy, have fun and achieve something you didn’t think possible. Share with like minded people and have a day to remember.
