What will you do with my credit card and billing information?
We use a fully PCI DSS compliant credit card processing company. All your personal information is safe and secure and will only be used for your intended purpose. We will not store your card details on our servers and none of our staff have access to any of your payment details at any time.
What if something goes wrong and my voucher is not honoured?
The supplier is required to honour the voucher until it expires. If that doesn’t happen for any reason then please Contact Us, and we will ensure that either the voucher is honoured or we will refund you in full straight away.
Can I return a Cooldeals voucher?
Returns are handled on a case by case basis. However we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. If you wish to discuss returning your Cooldeals voucher then please contact our Customer Services team on 952 905 000.

How do I receive the daily Cooldeals offers?
Once you have registered you will receive an email with all the deal information – so just open it and enjoy.
How do I buy the daily deal?
All you have to do is click "BUY IT" button before the offer ends. Pay by credit or debit card and we will send you an email for you to print off your voucher. Simple!
Do I need to make use of my Cooldeals on the day I buy it?
No, every Cooldeals will specify the start date (normally you can use it immediately) and the end date by which the voucher can be redeemed, which you print out and give to the supplier when you use it. Different Cooldeals have different start and finish dates so always check this information when purchasing the Cooldeals – and it will also be printed on your voucher.
I have bought a Cooldeals Voucher – how do I use it?
Once your card has been debited you will receive an email with a link to view, download and print your voucher – if you do not see the email arrive, check your Junk Folder!
Make sure you read the terms and conditions for the Cooldeals (they are on the website) so you know how to redeem the voucher. You may need to make a reservation or appointment before you go the supplier. Then print your voucher, and take it to the business.
If I don’t use the full value of the Cooldeals voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No unless otherwise stated you do not receive credit or cash back for whatever the value of the voucher you don’t use.
