Enchantic Zone in Elviria is a new centre for health and well-being.
Designed with the purpose of providing a peaceful, calm environment where you can practice Yoga, as well as find other natural practices such as hypnotherapy and reflexology.

Various times and days are available, Tuesday to Thursday from 9.15am to 7pm. The current schedule for November is below. A new one will be released for December.
(Some other classes (not Miriam´s) are held on Mondays and Saturdays but these are not part of this offer).
You can choose either Hatha or Therapy Yoga, or try out both:
Hatha Yoga: Relatively gentle, slow yoga which is great for beginners and students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold poses longer. Some poses can be more difficult than others, but you only do what you feel comfortable with.
Therapy Yoga: If you have operations, struggle with an injury, or simply feel very inflexible then this course is for you. It includes elements of Hatha and Yin as well to help you train in a very calm way to reach your individual goal.
