STARTERS:

Garlic Bread - Cheddar cheese & garlic butter topped baguette

Quesadillas – either with cheese or filled with chicken or beef

Party on the Patio - Six cheese filled jalapeño poppers with jelly sauce.

Mountain of Moctezuma - nachos, cheddar cheese & jalapeños, layered and baked golden brown with guacamole and pico de gallo topping.

Gambas pil pil  - Garlic, prawns and parsley (2€ supplement)

El Diablo - Potato skins topped with chilli, jalapeños and cheddar cheese. Baked golden brown. Served with sour cream.

Flauta - Two crispy flour tortilla wraps, filled with Chicken, onions, cheese and a dash of hot sauce. Served with jalapeño jelly.

Caprese - Fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil oil dressing

Tris - Mixed lettuce salad with smoked salmon, prawns, avocado with honey-mustard dressing.

Caesar chicken - Lettuce, red onion, parmesan cheese and croutons.  Served with grilled chicken and Caesar sauce.

Rucula - Rocket salad with warmed goat’s cheese, fresh cherry tomato, jelly sauce and balsamic dressing.

MAIN COURSES

Tex Mex

Taco - Two corn tortillas filled with chicken, beef and cheddar cheese.  Served with guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream.

Enchilada Bobby Style  - Two flour tortillas filled with chicken and beef. With tomato sauce and cheddar cheese on top. Baked in the oven and served on a bed of rice and sour cream dressing.

Burrito - Two flour tortillas filled with chicken, beef and cheddar cheese. Baked in the oven and served with tomato sauce and sour cream.

Ranchero - Rolled flour tortilla filled with cheese, peppers, onions, beef or chicken. Oven cooked, bbq glaze. Served with fries and coleslaw.

Bowl of chilli – Traditional Texas red chilli, topped with melted Cheddar cheese. Served with sour cream, veg casserole and bread.

Sizzling Chilli - Traditional Texas red chilli served in a hot skillet, with rice, cheddar cheese and sour cream.

Tex Mex Ribs - Juicy grilled rack of pork ribs marinated in a honey Bbq sauce.  Served with fries and homemade coleslaw.

Fajitas - Sauteed onion and peppers with strips of chicken or beef. Served with pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and cheese.  Flour tortillas.
