More about Julia Gralberg

Julia is a qualified professional life and business coach, and a Master of Science in International Marketing & Brand Management.

She spent her early career in the high-paced world of marketing, advertising and publishing in London and Sydney, Australia.  In order to live a more fulfilling, less stressful life she decided to make some changes. First she became a qualified yoga teacher, where she learnt all about mindfulness techniques.  During the same time, she set up her own business, launched an online publication and started to work as a self-employed consultant. Finally she combined both her professional training with her personal experiences and became a qualified life and business coach.

Her method of working is professional and grounded, with a balance of being personal and creative.  She is also passionate about helping entrepreneurs get their new ventures off the ground and to grow their businesses.

Her philosophy is simple – she strongly believes there is nothing wrong with you. However, sometimes we can end up feeling stuck and we can fall into patterns that don’t necessarily serve us. However once we take the time to stop for a moment, reflect and tune into and listen to our inner-selves we might see things with new eyes, and start to move our lives in new directions.
