This brand new fitness studio in Elviria has classes for adults and children from 8 years old and up!

They have a range of classes including more gentle ones for senior residents (see under "Details" for options and schedule).

Option 1: One person - any 2 classes per week for one month, normally 60€ now only 30€ (about 3.75€ per class!)
Option 2: Two people - Pair Work/Family Yoga 2 classes per week for one month, normally 100€ now only €50.
Option 3: One person - Unlimited monthly pass to all classes, normally 100€ now only €50.

A great new fitness studio for everyone to try!

Founders Ana and Mario started Dharma Lounge due to their passion for Yoga and Fitness, and their extensive experience in the field.

Well known in Marbella for helping clients with challenges including weight loss, building strength & improving flexibility in a mindful way, their classes offer attention to detail and a personal approach. This is what makes this fitness studio stand out from the crowd, and means clients get much faster results.

The philosophy for the studio is to provide fun and affordable Yoga and Fitness for the whole community, offering a variety of classes, mornings and afternoons, for both adults and children.

Classes include:

Gentle yoga and therapeutic yoga classes for senior residents
Family/pair work yoga classes - Pair work as 2 friends, or a couple. Or Family work - a parent with a child of 8 years old or more (additional child goes for free), or
Pilates - strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength
Animal Flow - a ground-based movement program which looks like a combination of gymnastics, yoga, and breakdancing with some animals thrown in!
Qi Gong- similar to Tai Chi, an Asian form of yoga which involves the coordination of the eyes with body movements.
Zumba - Bring your dancing feet, gyrating hips, and a desire to move like you're in a Miami discotheque!
R&B Dance – get fit and learn urban, street style dance moves at the same time – yes this is for adults!

As an introduction, they are offering these 3 options:
