Joffrey’s Las Mimosas in La Cala de Mijas is run by French chef Joffrey Charles and his partner, TV stylist and presenter, Lisa Burgess.
They have created a contemporary fine dining restaurant with a creative and tantalising menu using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
The restaurant is in a very easy to find location, beach side on the Carretera at the beginning of La Cala with ample road parking. It has an air-conditioned interior as well as a fully shaded terrace area, ready for these hot summer months.
Their fabulous dinner offer is available Tuesday to Saturday evening from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, until the end of August 2018.
Up to 35% off two courses from their Á la Carte menu.
Normally 40 Euros and now only 26 Euros for two exceptional courses.
A few dishes come with a supplement, as you would expect with these more luxury ingredients.

Joffrey Charles is a French chef born and raised in Normandy. He has worked for the past decade in fine dining restaurants in Mont Saint Michel, Val D’Isere, Corsica, Dublin and London. Joffrey has an incredible passion for producing creative and beautiful food that is memorable and delicious. As a 15 year old boy he dreamed of owning his own restaurant and struggled to support himself working long hours learning his craft while studying for a Masters That distant dream has finally been realised in Joffrey’s Las Mimosas.
Lisa Burgess was raised in Dorset, England and Pimlico, London by her feisty and wonderful Irish mother Ann. Lisa has travelled extensively around the world and eventually moved to Dublin, Ireland to raise her two daughters Annabel and Georgia. Lisa has been an entrepreneur for most of her life, creating her own dress label and online clothing company which she sold. This led to her being a stylist for TV3 in Ireland for the past decade. Lisa has featured regularly on Ireland AM and other shows but recently moved to Spain to open Joffrey’s and become Front of House.
