What’s included in this programme:

• 8 hours of personal coaching with a fully-qualified PGA professional working on all aspects of your game
• Range balls during your sessions
• Full physical assessment and 2 follow-up appointments with Costa Health
• Guaranteed support within 24 hours
• 2 x 30 minute sessions involving the psychological assessment of the game and course management

Coaching

The sessions will either be an hour and a half or 2 hours long (players decision) in order to ensure we can make the changes necessary and implement them in the right way.

During the programme when you're practising alone it will be necessary to film some of your swings so they can be sent to your coach in order for them to make sure the changes are happening.

Physical

You will have an initial assessment at Costa Health to see any physical limitations that can be causing faults in your golf swing. For instance a tight thoracic (upper back) can lead to a flat or unconnected back swing meaning we could be working on something on the range that is actually better worked-on physically!

After your initial assessment, you will also have a further 2 sessions included in the programme to help move your game to the next level.

Talking sessions

Course management is often overlooked. Many people can make wrong decisions leading to dropped shots. This can then also lead to compounding errors with errors.

We look into the psychological side. This is a whole new ball game which we will talk through and endeavour to make you stronger mentally on the course.
