Owner Raj has been in Marbella for over 15 years, and is well known in the area. Due to popular demand, he decided he needed larger premises and has moved to this great new location.
He has brought his Indian chef to Marbella, who has been working with him for 5 years now.

Veg Samosa / Meat Samosa - Light Indian crispy pastry stuffed with your choice of vegetable or meat filling.
Lamb Cake - (Very special Persian food. Persian call them "Koofteh" the root of the word "Kofta (Cake)". Which means "to pummel". In reference to the technique of working on meat so
much that the proteins break down and the texture becomes silky and smooth. Supplement of €2
Potato Chaat - The word "Chaat" is derived from Hindi word "Chatna" which means tasting. This is the street food item made in north India and Pakistan and specialy served with yogurt, tamarind sauce and sev.
Gold Coin - Bread Roundels with a mixed vegetable and paneer topping is exciting enough, but it shifts into a totally different plane when topped with chef special spices and deep fried.

Sesame Duck with Tamarind sauce - Boneless duck marinated with sesame seeds, yogurt and tamarind sauce and cooked in tandoor. This slow cooking dish imparts a velvety texture and it glides through your taste buds without being heavy. Supplement of €5
Lamb Tikka - Supreme piece of lamb marinated with special dry and green herbs cooked in Charcoal.

‘Hundy’: This is one of the great Indian dishes, all spices are collected from Indian Villages, cooked with fresh herbs with a special twist. This can be served with either Chicken, Lamb, Prawns or Fish. Tiger prawns also available but come with a supplement of €6.
‘Pasanda’ This is one of our Chefs ‘Signature’ dishes’. Being true to that effort, this signature collection at ‘Dumpukht’ is truly a ‘Royal Feast’. Chefs speciality where a special kind of meat is used and is cooked in its own juices and finished with saffron.
Kadhai Gosh (Lamb) Hussainy - This is a very unique dish. After doing suitable research on ‘Kadhai Dish’, we make one of the tastiest, creamiest, most delicious ‘Lamb Dishes’ - Not Suitable for spicy eaters.
Malai Tikka Masala - This is a sure shoot winner recipe. Its creamy, smooth, delicious and of course healthy too with the Methi/ Fenugreek. This is good for kids too; especially fenugeek. There is no bitter taste. It is on the sweeter side due to the presence of cream, caramelised onion and cashew.
Chicken Cafreal - This is the equivalent of Portuguese Style grilled chicken dish, popular in the region of Goa. However, it is known globally as an Anglo-Indian dish. Often regarded as a fairly spicy dish, served with green salad.
Jhinga (King Prawns) Dum Nashi - One of Chefs innovative and unique concepts. Dum Pukhts art is aromatics, with ‘Dum’ meaning ‘to breath in’ and ‘Pukht’ meaning ‘to cook’. This food is like walking into another time zone, and the food that was served to the royal court over 500 years ago. Supplement of €5.
Szechuan Chicken - This is a very famous Indo-Chinese food. It has bold flavours, particularly the pungency and spiciness resulting from liberal use of garlic and Pink-Black Peppers, as well as the unique flavour of the Szechuan Peppers.

Raan-E-Huzoor (Lamb Shank) - Lamb legs cooked on dum (breathing of fire) with a thick date sauce with almond’s and walnuts. This undoubtedly dish of the day with fork tender juice lamb meat perfectly balanced with a sweet and sour date sauce. Supplement of €10
Crispy Duck Curry (South Indian Style) - Hot and fiery Kerala duck Curry (Tharavu Curry) is very authentic and popular recipe in Kerala (South India). Where duck meat marinated with fresh coconut, red chilli, mustard paste and curry leaves etc. Supplement of €5
Biryani
