BREAKFAST - embraces the soul, mind and body - seasonally it can be hearty oatmeal with cashews and a wee bit of cardamom spice, dried cranberries along with a herbal or lemon / ginger tea to warm the spirit, or Indian rice krispies (no sugar) and fresh fruits and a herbal tea; or scrambled tofu and sauteed vegetables and a herbal tea or lemon / ginger tea. Add to your breakfast one of our special 500ml cold pressed juices (additional cost) and your nourishment will be even further enhanced.

LUNCH - to the folk at Join Life Now, this is the largest meal of the day so it is a substantive vegetarian based meal. (Unless you have a dietary need for meat which they can handle) Again seasonal based so it might be a hearty four bean chilli with cornmeal bread and roasted almonds, sauteed kale and spinach; or roasted pumpkin and sweet potato soup with vegetables like artichoke, Brussel sprouts, broccoli with fresh cut and fried sweet and red potatoes; or roasted beet with sesame seed and ginger / soy drizzle; or salad of spinach and usually two other lettuce types, grated carrot, sliced English cucumber, goats cheese, grated zucchini, olives, roasted nuts, avocado slices.

Join Life Now can accommodate vegan, gluten free or if someone has a particular food intolerance / allergy. Please advise this when booking your retreat.

If you do not have your own transport to Benahavis or if you do not drive, they can assist in arranging this for you at an additional cost.

Having owned a yoga studio in Vancouver Canada for nearly a decade before moving to the Costa Del Sol, Spain, they have seen that many people come to yoga to have their souls nurtured.  Some had long-term rooted health-mind-body issues that required a very personalised and individual approach to create a path towards balance.
