More about your Dolphin Adventure

Gibraltar is famous the world over for its ever present dolphin population, with transient dolphins visiting the bay for food, shelter and to breed in their hundreds. Your Dolphin Adventure captain and crew know best, through years of experience, these dolphins' habits and favorite playgrounds.  They will take you on a fantastic cruise of the bay of Gibraltar to see these enchanting animals. 

In an uncrowded and friendly environment the highly experienced and qualified crew will show you completely unrivalled 360° views of the dolphins as they swim and leap around the boat, 'surfing' on the bow wave and performing natural acrobatics - it´s an unforgettable experience.

If you´re lucky, sometimes they find pods of 200 or more dolphins! You will be close enough to hear their splashing, breathing and even the sound of their sonar whistling as they communicate with one another. Depending on the season you may also encounter whales, turtles and sunfish, or the breathtaking sight of shoals of bright blue flying fish as they try to escape the snapping jaws of the chasing dolphins.

More about the Top of the Rock Cable Car

This is another of Gibraltar's highlights - a trip on the cable car.  If you're scared of heights just look up! It's always the same distance upwards but whatever you do don't miss out on this incredible experience. Built and completed by Swiss cable car manufacturer, Von Roll, in 1966 the cable car is a must for all visitors to The Rock. The top station is the best place to meet Gibraltar´s most famous residents, the Barbary apes, not to mention the views and the unique hand held personal multimedia guide all included in the price of your ticket.  

It is the perfect location to relax while enjoying the spectacular vistas with a hot or cold drink and a light snack. The Top of the Rock souvenir shop is also packed with unique gifts not available in town.

Directions from Spain (Please don´t forget your passports!)

Follow the road signs for Algeciras turning off when you reach the signs for Gibraltar. Follow the signs for the frontier and airport. Cross the frontier (you will need your passport here) and head straight across the airfield/runway to the roundabout, take the 1st exit on the right. Stay on this road (Bayside Road) for 200 m until you see the World Trade Center building, 50m past this you will see a footpath on the right, this is the entrance to Marina Bay. Our shop is the first unit you come to.  There are various car parks in the surrounding area that can be found on Google.
