Cooldeals is a money saving website which is designed to use the power of group buying to bring you unbeatable discounts from businesses in your local area. Cooldeals sends you great deals directly into your inbox every day – ranging from dining out, health and beauty treatments, days out and much more.

Once you have registered you will receive an email with all the deal information – so just open it and enjoy. Make sure you read the terms and conditions for the Cooldeals (they are on the website) so you know how to redeem the voucher.  You may need to make a reservation or appointment before you go the supplier.  Then print your voucher, and take it to the business.

All you have to do is click "BUY IT" button before the offer ends. Pay by credit or debit card and we will send you an email for you to print off your voucher. Simple!

Click "BUY IT", then, after choosing how many vouchers you want to buy you will see a tick box option below which says "You can gift any deal to friends and family members. Simply check this box and enter their name."

Enter their name(s) into the Recipient box(es).

Their names will appear on the vouchers.

You will receive the vouchers by email.

If you have just one recipient, you can simply forward on this email.

If you have more than one recipient, you may wish to download each voucher and send them individually as email attachments.

No, every Cooldeal will specify the start date (normally you can use it immediately) and the end date by which the voucher can be redeemed, which you print out and give to the supplier when you use it. Different Cooldeals have different start and finish dates so always check this information when purchasing the Cooldeal – and it will also be printed on your voucher.

Once your card has been debited you will receive an email with a link to view, download and print your voucher – if you do not see the email arrive, check your Junk Folder!

We use a fully PCI DSS compliant credit card processing company. All your personal information is safe and secure and will only be used for your intended purpose. We will not store your card details on our servers and none of our staff have access to any of your payment details at any time.

The supplier is required to honour the voucher until it expires. If that doesn’t happen for any reason then please CONTACT US, and we will ensure that either the voucher is honoured or we will refund you in full straight away.

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. However we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. If you wish to discuss returning your Cooldeals voucher then please contact our Customer Services team on 952 905 000.

Yes you certainly can and it is really easy. Simply call us on 952 905 000 and one of our Account Managers can visit you to explain in more detail how Cooldeals can promote your business. Alternatively go to Become a Partner on Cooldeals page.

Simply "Sign in" on the left hand menu, then when the login box appears click “Forgotten password” underneath the login button. Then enter your username and email and we will email your password to the email address registered to your account.

Yes you can recommend a friend and it is so easy. Simply send them an invitation by email, on Facebook or Twitter – you can see these links on each deal page.

There are two answers to this. Firstly if you recommend a Cooldeals to a friend and they buy it then you will receive a 10 euro credit on your account to spend on any of our Cooldeals offers. Secondly your friends will love you when you share the fantastic deals that they will receive from Cooldeals.

If you want to remain registered but wish to stop receiving email communications, then simply Login, click on My Account, and un-check the “Receive daily emails” option.  If you would like to close your account completely and have all your details removed from our database, please send an email to requesting your account to be removed.
