Camps are held in their beautiful villa just outside of Marbella as the base but certain exercise are held in a variety of locations eg the beach, La Concha etc.
The day starts at 7.30 am when you get induction followed by breakfast and then there is a fun day including snacks, lunch and drinks.
Camps are held on Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays.

0800 – 0900 Breakfast
0900 – 1030 Fat burner HIIT
1030 – 1100 Break & snack
1100 – 1300 Strength & cardio
1300 – 1400 Lunch
1400 – 1530 Mixed circuit
1600 – 1700 Warm down & stretching
