The pace of this class is oriented for the more sedentary and for those in recovery. Often you will be seated or standing learning functional movements. Excellent for rehabilitation of hip replacement, shoulder issues or because you are stuck in front of a computer all day and need to move and articulate your joints!
Option 2: Pilates for Beginners Level 1 at 10.00am and Chair class at 11:30am every Wednesday
