What do you need to do?

Easy Computers use their own equipment and software to run health checks on your computer which can take a few hours, so it is best if you can drop it off. However, if you really are unable to then please have a chat with Easy Computers before purchasing the CoolDeal, as they may be able to send an engineer. This could incur an extra charge.
PLEASE NOTE: If a major fault is found with your hardware or software that cannot be fixed as part of this general health check, then of course you will be informed.
