Easy Computers use their own equipment and software to run checks on your computer which can take a few hours, so it is best if you can drop it off. However, if you really are unable to then please have a chat with Easy Computers before purchasing the CoolDeal, as they may be able to send an engineer. This could incur an extra charge.
