This American Diner in Benalmádena Marina is one of the many Foster's Hollywood restaurants which are located in towns all over Spain. 

Foster's Hollywood was founded in 1971 by four young Californians residing in Spain, all of whom were directly connected to film making and missed authentic American food.  They serve Tex-Mex cuisine, roasted ribs, steaks, salads, and of course the emblematic and iconic dishes for which the chain became famous — hamburgers cooked on the barbecue.

Starters to Share between 2 People

BACON & CHEESE FRIES - French fries served with a combination of melted cheeses, crispy bacon and our special ranch dressing.

BBQ & RANCH CHICKEN FLATBREAD - Thin flatbread covered with mixed cheeses, BBQ sauce, marinated chicken breast, crispy bacon and ranch dressing. Or make it Veggie - the chicken and bacon are replaced with green & red peppers and sautéed onions & Portobello mushrooms.)

MAC & CHEESE - Cream cheese-filled macaroni, rolled in cornmeal and served on a bed of tomato sauce and basil, covered in grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

FOSTER’S CHICKEN POPS - Chicken wing pops marinated in spicy buffalo sauce, served with fresh celery and blue cheese dipping sauce. If you don’t want them hot, just tell your waiter.

CHOICE CHICKEN FINGERS - Strips of breaded chicken breast with your choice of BBQ or honey mustard sauce.

TRUFFLED BURGER 200 g - Beef with porcini mushrooms and truffle oil, topped with Portobello mushrooms, sautéed onions and shaved Grana Padano cheese on a truffle-flavoured bun. Served with Dipper potatoes and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Truffled Mayo sauce, rocket and tomato.

SMOKED BURGER 200 g - Hickory-smoked beef cooked in the traditional Low & Slow style. On a ciabatta bun with Smoked Bacon Mayo sauce, smoked Cheddar cheese and sautéed onion, served with BBQ-flavoured Dipper potatoes, trocadero lettuce, tomato, rocket and pickles.

PULLED PORK BURGER 220 g - Pulled pork over beef with BBQ sauce, Cheddar cheese, tomato and Batavia lettuce. Served on a classic homemade bun with Smoked Bacon Mayo sauce.

TRIBECA BURGER 220 g - Monterrey Jack cheese, avocado and caramelized onion on beef. Served with rocket, tomato and Honey Mustard sauce on a seeded rustic bun.

GORGONZOLA BURGER 220 g - Melted gorgonzola cheese, caramelized onion and walnuts on beef with tomato, rocket and balsamic mayonnaise, served on a seeded rustic bun.

PHILADELPHIA ONION BURGER 220 g - Philadelphia cream cheese, caramelized onion, beef, tomato, Batavia lettuce and mayonnaise, all served on a classic homemade bun.

FOSTER'S CAESAR BURGER 220 g - Beef with Grana Padano cheese, Bourbon-style bacon, romaine lettuce, tomato and parmesan dressing served on a seeded rustic bun.

THE NEWYORKER 325 g - A juicy sirloin steak, seasoned and prepared on a charcoal grill, served with our delicious Steakhouse sauce (4€ supplement)

SALISBURY STEAKS - Seasoned hamburger meat covered in mushroom sauce with sautéed onions and a mixture of melted cheeses. Served with a lettuce, tomato and jalapeño salad.

All meats are served with French fries, which can be changed for Dipper potatoes (+ 0,50€) or a baked potato with sour cream (Except Beef Bone).

NATIONAL STAR RIBS Smoked pork ribs cooked to perfection on the grill.
