George will bring a professional massage bed, towels and oils. He will carry out a quiro massage which is a form of deep tissue massage that improves circulation through kneading the body, bringing oxygen and nutrients to the body’s tissues. It is a fabulous way to relieve stiffness, muscular pain and tension while improving mobility and flexibility. Another form of massage you will receive is Shiatsu - a massage therapy similar to acupressure which involves pressing specific points in the body to reduce tension and fatigue by enhancing the blood and lymphatic circulation.
During the hour, George will perform reflexology therapy where he will apply varying amounts of pressure to the feet and hands which give a range of health benefits and relaxation. He will also carry out digi puncture which is a neural technique targeting specific muscular trigger points to reduce acidity and inflammation, improve blood flow and boost the immune system among many other benefits. Digi puncture is particularly good for muscle stiffness.
