Enjoy the LA Organic Experience! Visit the beautiful organic olive grove with breathtaking scenery of the mountains of Ronda. Learn about Spanish gastronomy and the tradition of olive oil production, the "Andalusian Gold". Along the way, discover the modern artwork known as "surprises" by Philippe Starck. The Cortijo LA Organic is a luxurious building with typical Andalucían architecture, full of unique details, featuring all amenities and spaces restored by Stefano Robotti, a frequent collaborator of Philippe Starck's studio.
For 1 hour, you will take a tour around olive trees, vineyards and other crops and enjoy nature, sculptures and beautiful buildings. The visit ends with a tasting of organic oils LA Organic, where you will learn the difference between a mild oil and an intense one, and many other curiosities of this "Golden Treasure".
The 26 hectares of LA Organic are the perfect setting to enjoy an all-encompassing olive oil experience. A journey that covers all phases of the production of one of the great staples of Spanish gastronomy. On the farm, olives are grown with the minimum intervention of chemicals that alter the composition of the raw material, obtaining a 100% organic product.
In addition, it allows you to discover a way of understanding nature through the eyes of design thanks to an itinerary that is full of surprises, imagined by the mind of the French designer Philippe Starck.
