Starters:
Samosa Vegetable - Fried thin triangular pieces of dough filled with chopped pieces of potato
and peas.
Samosa Meat - Triangular pieces of dough filled with minced lamb and spices.
Onion Bhaji - Fine sliced onions coated in a spiced batter with chickpea flour, fried in
oil.
Prawn Puri - Prawns seasoned in medium to hot spices, served on thin crispy bread *supplement 2.50€
Chicken Pakora - Chicken breast dipped in masala sauce, chickpea flour and then deep fried.
Vegetable Pakora - A mix of vegetables battered with chickpea flour and spices which are then
deep fried.
Mixed Starter (to share for 2 people) - Onion bhaji, samosa, pakora, chicken tikka and lamb tikka.

Tangadi Kebab - Chicken drumsticks marinated with spices and cooked in a tandoor oven.
Fried Prawn - Prawns that are battered in spices and laterfried in oil. *supplement 2.50€
Tandoori Mushroom - Marinated with yoghurt and spices, cooked in a tandoor oven.
Mushroom Pakor - Mushrooms battered with chickpea flour and spices which are then deep
fried.
Dal Soup - A warm and comforting Indian-inspired dal Soup, made with red lentils with a sprinkling of Indian herbs, lemon juice and fresh coriander.
Tandoori Dishes - Main Courses - All barbecued in a tandoori oven.
Chicken Tikk - Succulent diced boneless chicken, marinated with yoghurt, aromatic
spices and herbs.
Lamb Tikk - Succulent diced boneless lamb, marinated with yoghurt, aromatic spices

Tandoori Murgh - On the bone chicken leg marinated with yoghurt, aromatic spices and
herbs.
Tandoori King Praw - King Prawns marinated with yoghurt, aromatic spices and herbs. *supplement 5€
Chicken Shashlik - Succulent diced boneless chicken marinated with yoghurt, aromatic spices
and herbs which are barbecued in a tandoori oven. Served with chunky
barbecued tomato, onion and capsicum.
Sheek Kebab - Lamb - Tender minced lamb, mildly seasoned with aromatic spices, herbs, fresh

Lamb Chops -Lamb chops marinated with mild spices, herbs and yoghurt. *supplement 5€
Fish Tikka - Fish pieces marinated with yoghurt, aromatic spices and herbs. *supplement 3€
Malai Chicken - Mildly spiced minced chicken.
Lal Qila Grill - Chicken tikka, lamb tikka, sheek kebab, prawns, tandoori chicken and fish tikka. Served with sauce. *supplement 5€
Curry
Balti - Medium - cooked with fresh tomatoes, garlic, ginger and garnished with fresh coriander and selected spices.
Birmingham — Twenty / thirty years ago it started as a famous dish of Indian cuisine.
Bhuna - Medium - A thoroughly garnished dish with onion, garlic, tomatoes,
chillies and a few selected spices. Strong flavour but very little sauce
garnished with fried green peppers and shredded onions
Dhansak - Sweet and sour. A beautiful combination of spices with vegetables, lentils.
Dopiaza - Medium - A maximum quantity of onions, seasoned and fresh to produce
a taste. The Dopiaza is a classic Indian dish dating back from Mughal
times. The name Dopiaza broadly translates as 2 onions or double onions.
Jalfrezi - Fairly hot - cooked with onions, tomato, green chillies, peppers and
coriander. The chillies make the Jalfrezi taste very fresh but also make it one of the hotter curries.
Korai / Kadhai - Cooked with onions, garlic, ginger, pepper, green chillies and fresh tomatoes and five dif erent spices
Rogan Josh - A special preparation of pimento, yoghurt / curd, garlic and tomato sauce.
Contains dozens of spices for flavour. It was originally a kashmiri dish but
is equally at home in the Punjab.
Saag / Palak - Close to medium hot. Saag is a classic curry traditionally made with
spinach, onion, tomatoes and other spices used for flavour.
Madras - Fairly hot. A South Indian version of curry dishes having a greater
proportion of tomato. Purée and spices which lend a fiery taste to its richness.
Vindaloo / Vindaloo - A very hot South Indian dish widely known for its rich hot taste,
black pepper, lemon, garlic, red chilli and potato along with a few strong spices
Phal - Maximum hot dish of the menu cooked with fresh onions, pepper
tomato chilli and other spices.
Korma - Very mild - a delicious partnership of yoghurt, coconut cream and spices
producing a very mild but creamy texture contains almonds, coconut sugar and thick cream.
Tikka Masala - Rich and creamy, masala is the curry sauce that the tikka is served in
onion, pepper, fresh tomatoes, coriander, fried together with selected spices and herbs to produce a dish.
Curry - Typical indian curry, cooked with fresh herbs and spices.

Home Made Dishes
Achari - Northern Indian Dish Cooked in a variety of spices including fennel, methi
cumin and coriander with green chilli, amchoor (mango powder). Giving a
subtle tangy touch.
Makhani / Butter chicken - This is also called butter chicken. It is a dish cooked in a creamy butter
tomato sauce.
Garlic Chilli - This is adapted from Lashan (Garlic) Mirch. It is a North Indian version. If
you like garlic and chilli heat this will suit you.
Pasanda - Mild dish cooked with a subtle blend of spices with tomato, coconut cream
yoghurt and garnished.
Pathia - Medium to hot, sweet and sour. Cooked with various spices, tomato, green
chilli and lemon juice.
Naga - This homemade hot and spicy Naga Curry is cooked from scratch and
extremely delicious! One of the most popular Indian curries. Unique hot and flavour.
Keema Mattar ( Peas ) - Mince meat cooked in rich sauce with peas with spice for flavour with
onion and tomatoes.
Handi - Very rich flavour with onion, tomato, capsicum, along with a variety of spices.
