More about the Dalli's Pasta Factory

The Dalli saga really began in 1959 when the incredible singing voice of Toni Dalli was discovered by Max “I wanna tell you a story” Bygraves, at the time one the biggest names in show business.
After many successful years treading the boards everywhere from Rotherham to Las Vegas, Tony, with his old golfing buddy, comedian Jimmy Tarbuck, decided to open the now legendary Toni Dalli’s restaurant on Marbella’s Golden Mile.
Toni’s passion for delicious Italian cooking was naturally inherited by the young Dalli brothers who, in 1987, opened the Pasta Factory in Puerto Banus, then relatively unknown to the public, but incredibly fashionable with the Jet Set.
More than twenty years on the restaurant goes from strength to strength. Now renamed Simon Dalli’s Pasta Factory, it is still one of the favourite haunts of all that visit Puerto Banus. You cannot beat Simon Dalli’s for delicious food, a great location, friendly service and, most importantly, great value.
