Did you know, the reason that you may actually feel better physically when you get a tan is because exposure to ultraviolet light stimulates vitamin D production. ... Spending some time using a tanning bed to catch some rays, will help your body produce this necessary vitamin.

Option 1 is 7 session of 10 minutes use of their Sunbed, usually €77 and now only €55.  

Depending on your skin and requirements, sessions can be up to 10 minutes long.  

Or if the sunbed is not for you...

Option 2 is a luxury Bellamianta Spray Tan, usually €35 and now only €20.

Sunbed guidelines..

1. It is advised to shower and exfoliate 24 hours before using the Sunbeds.
2. Before using the Sunbed remove your makeup and clean off any residue left by your makeup remover.
3. Avoid wearing deodorant or perfume or any jewellery to avoid tan lines!
4. If you take medication, talk to your doctor to be sure your medication isn’t “photosensitive” – meaning it can be weakened or otherwise affected by UV exposure.

After use, moisturise regularly, as hydrated skin will hold a better tan.

Spray tanning Rules..

1. The key pre-tanning step is exfoliation, to rid the skin of dead cells, leaving it soft, smooth and in tip-top condition for tanning. A smooth, clean base will make application a breeze and also extends the duration of your tan.

2. Skip moisturising for 24-hours beforehand, as this can create a barrier, causing your tan to appear streaky and reduce the depth of your colour.

3. While smooth skin is definitely the goal, avoid waxing or shaving 24 hours prior to tanning. Carrying out hair removal too close to tanning can leave follicles open, meaning that darker spots may gather here.
