Gala Gambas Pil Pil: Cooked in garlic and olive oil, infused with cayenne chili, tequila, sweet paprika, Parmesan and cilantro.
Beef Carpaccio: Thin slices of beef tenderloin, with rocket lettuce, Parmesan, and roasted pine nuts served with garlic and cilantro dressing.
Scallops Risotto: Pan-seared scallops served with crispy bacon, on a bed of pea risotto drizzled with truffle oil.
Duck Rolls: Sautéed spiced duck and mixed vegetables, wrapped in a homemade pancake, breaded and fried, served with ginger chutney sauce.
Thai Ribs: Pork ribs marinated in a Thai sauce.
