About Rifaya

During frequent trips to Morocco, Riyafa’s founders were amazed how, despite the harsh environment in one of the driest regions on the planet, the locals had such fantastic complexions.  They then discovered the ritual of hammam and how the locals use a combination of natural soaps, clays, oils and crystals to exfoliate, clean and hydrate their skin. With their own journey through veganism and the elimination of chemicals, it made sense to change their skincare regime as well.  So (in a nutshell!) Rifaya was born.

Rifaya support the Zero Waste movement’s goal of minimizing or eliminating waste. They are also a carbon neutral business.
