Known internationally as Nikkei Cuisine, it has become the latest gastronomic sensation to hit Europe’s culinary capitals.
This fantastic restaurant is located in the up and coming food district of Estepona, a street renowned for its bars and restaurants. It is a buzzing pedestrianised area, where you can enjoy sitting outside, relaxing and people watching.
The restaurant has a specialised "10 steps" menu where everyone can experience flavours of Nikkei.
They also have a range of international wine selections and specialise in wine pairing.

OPTION ONE - for one person
Choose one of these options, with a glass of house wine
Ceviche plus 4 pieces of Uramaki
- Ceviche – White Fish seasoned in lime sauce served with red onions, lettuce and white corn
- Uramaki- is a form of sushi where the rice is on the outside and the tightly-furled seaweed sheet is on the inside, served with Avocado and cucumber
Tartar plus 3 pieces of Nigiri
- Tartar is fish served raw, typically seasoned and shaped into small cakes, served with Tobikko, Avocado, Wakame and Yuzu mayonnaise
- Nigiri is a hand-formed ball of rice, with a slice of fish over the top.
Tiradito plus Chupe de Camarones
- Tiradito is a Peruvian dish of raw fish, cut in the shape of sashimi and in a spicy sauce.
- Chupe de Camarones is a Peruvian style seafood soup.
OPTION TWO - for two people
This is for two people sharing and consists of the following 10 steps:
Wakame salad – is green seaweed with soya and sesame
Japanesse rice
Tempura domburi – Tempura of vegetables in a shrimp sauce
Miso soup – Is a Japanese soup with tofu, dashi and seaweed
Tiradito salmon - Tiradito is a Peruvian dish of raw fish, cut in the shape of sashimi and in a spicy sauce
Saboro tuna – Nikkei style roasted tuna in rice shrimp sauce in a rice bowl
Causa rellena – This is a Nikkei style chicken dish
4 Uramaki of salmon - Uramaki is that the rice is on the outside and the tightly-furled seaweed sheet is on the inside, served with Salmon
4 Uramaki of tempura - Uramaki is that the rice is on the outside and the tightly-furled seaweed sheet is on the inside. Served Tempura style
Onigarazu spiced tuna – This is a sushi sandwich served with spicy tuna, lettuce, cucumber and avocado
