How does it work?

Firstly you buy your voucher through Cooldeals.  You can buy both Packs if you wish, but only once (for either a week or two week rental).  This discount only applies to your first rental.  If you like and appreciate the service, you should then go through Travelling Babee´s website to book for future rentals.

After purchase, please send your Cooldeals voucher and the following information to: hello@travellingbabee.com

Name, delivery location/address, drop off and pickup times, your telephone number.

Please note: Travelling Bee will require you to pay a 100€ deposit either over the phone by credit card, or in cash on delivery. The deposit fee is added to your rental for security reasons. This amount will be refunded to your credit card up to 72hrs after your rental contract has finished, or in cash, and once their Quality Department has checked the condition of the returned products.

Cancellation/Refunds

Cooldeals will always refund you, in particular where Travelling Bee are out of stock, if you have had a travel cancellation, if you are unhappy with the quality of the products.  Travelling Bee may change the brand of equipment, but this is highly unusual.
