Costa Nostrum Pilates has been created by Jessie Ann Arthurs who has been living in Spain since 1972.

There is plenty of flexibility - you can attend one or two classes a week, or simply use the voucher to try each of the classes over a 4 - 6 week period to discover which suits you the best!
Classes are for 1 hour and are as follows:
Monday 09.45am - Special Pilates for the Over 60's - Complete Beginners
The pace of this class is slower than Pilates beginners. Feeling unfit and perhaps gained a few pounds, or maybe getting over an illness or operation, then this is the class for you! Within a few classes, the benefits to both mind and body will be evident!
Monday 12.15pm - Pilates Stretch
Suitable for everyone... beginners through to advanced Pilates students. This class will add real benefits, whether it's an addition to other classes or exercise on your schedule or if you're looking for a once a week stretch session!
Friday 09.45am - Pilates Beginners
You've never done Pilates before, or, not attended a class for many years and not sure it's for you? Then this is a your opportunity to try this excellent class that will help kick start your Pilates journey !
